• Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The watch must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and accessories intact.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@quinte.site with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
